🐾 Foster Care Agreement

By submitting this application, I understand that:

Animals remain the property of Paws Fur Help while in foster care.
I agree to provide safe, humane, indoor housing unless otherwise approved.
I will provide food, water, supervision, and daily care.
I will immediately report any illness, injury, escape, or emergency involving the foster animal.
I understand that veterinary treatment must be coordinated through Paws Fur Help unless instructed otherwise.
I agree not to transfer, rehome, or give the foster animal to another person without written approval.
I understand that fostering is voluntary and that placements depend on the needs of the organization.
